| Okay, this might be a bit early for this type of discussion, but I was wondering what everyone was planning to bring to Meatstravaganza. Today I decided what I'm bringing to the party, and am excited to try it, so I'll start us off:
Of course I'm making bacon brownies, and since it was such a hit in 2009, I might bring back the twinkie weener sandwiches. But what I am really excited about is experimenting with infusing flavors in vodka. And you all know how much I love bacon, so I am going to create my very own recipe for the bacon martini. I know it has been done before, but I can't wait to try my hand at it! I'm also throwing around the idea of the White Castle martini, but I haven't perfected that one quite yet...
So what are YOU bringing??????

| It's never too early to start talking about Meatstravaganza! Start paying toward the pig! Seriously!
That sounds terrible yet amazing at he same time! Looking forward to the bacon brownies!
I will probably bring some sort of meat. Hopefully Bebaboo defrosts his McRib this year first....

| I put in my deposit last year, but wasn't able to go so it rolls over to this year. I'll probably just bring beer...like usual. | |

| Would anyone be offended if I made chicken fried steak using communion wafers as breading? I would call it "holy cow". | |

| I'll post this for Dale:
Dale went to Chili's and got a burger with bacon on it... Chilis has really good thick slices of bacon. He also got a half slab of ribs, which he proceeded to wrap bacon around.
Let the meat-apocalypse begin!

| Did you ever try deer bacon? Oh, it's delicious!! I made BLTs out of it.
Anyway, I think I have perfected my recipe for the Holy Cow. It's actually going to be veal parmesan, encrusted with a light breading that includes crushed up communion wafers, and topped with a nice sauce made from tomatoes, garlic, and red wine, placed on top of a bed of angel hair pasta. So, what do you think of that???

| This week, I am going to begin infusing vodka, for a trial run of making the bacon martinis. So you all know what that means...next weekend, I'm having a martini party to try them out! Anyone interested in coming to my martini party, contact Hush!!! | |

| Bakon is artificially smoke flavored. If you want a really tasty bacon vodka, you have to cook fresh bacon and infuse the vodka for a little over a week. | |
