As if I didn't hate Best Buy enough...

...and by hate I mean spend entirely too much money there. They're having a sale on all HBO DVDs. Everything is 50% off, so I picked up that complete Sopranos box set for $175. Luckily the sale goes until the 27th, so I think any Christmas money I manage to get will go toward picking up the complete box set of The Wire.

I was hoping for one of those famous Furious Ric Rants, not an update on your Xmas Shopping.

It wasn't an update on my Christmas shopping. I don't really do Christmas shopping. I tell people not to get me anything, and then I don't have to give them anything. It really is the greatest gift of all. I save everyone money, as well as the hassle of having to go to a store this time of year and then wrap something.

However, it was a helpful suggestion. Those HBO box sets fucking rule, and they're generally expensive as fuck.

Also, when can I get those episodes of Dexter?

My first day off is Wednesday, but I'm heading up to Rockford and probably won't be back until Christmas night. We'll have to figure out some way for me to see this season.
