Two Meatshields?

Great Concert. Shield of Wings were great and Something Beautiful reminded me of Dream Theater. Edguy seemed to get the most energy (SOW was the most headbang-able). Picked up the "State Of Being" CD and got a good listen out of it. Didn't stay for Fagelot, but still had a great night of fun


BTW, the tones out of those Marshalls was sick. Does anyone know what model those are? And I think I can see myself in some of those photos...

Thanx for grabbing the disc!! SOW was dope. I recorded their set, and we'll probably have a song or two in an upcoming podcast. We hungout with them most of the afternoon and got some great material.

We'll review the pics from the show and see if we got the Marshall heads in any of the shots... If i don't PM you with info, drop me a line.

Were you close to the stage on the center left side? I was the guy with the camera taking pictures.

I actually was. I was pretty much directly in front of Justin the whole time (Saw every awesome bass solo). I was right behond the two girls and the older gentlemen (I hope it was dad ).

Yeah, that was the dad. they drove up from carbondale, i interviewed the m on the podcast that's coming out tomorrow. nice ppl. there's nuttin but cuntry music by them, but he raised his daughter on priest and ozzy!

hell yeah, thanks for showing up, meat! but u can't complain about the drive. ppl came from EVERYWHERE to get to that show. we had it easy.

Thanks for the offer, but I just found out what the Marshalls were. Turns out they were heads from the Vintage-Modern series (which I always see being lambasted on forums, hhmmm...)

I dunno, I like Marshalls quite a bit. Can't think of any that I didn't enjoy playing on.

I love Marshalls. I'm gonna get a used JCM once I get my summer job (so far away ).

oh, you're still in school? I never think of it being a factor anymore... weird...

Next bit of gear i need is a set of BOSS stompboxes. Chorus, reverb, and delay. Then I'm getting new electronics for my other seven string.

School sucks. I just spend my entire computer science class on the internet (that's why I post on here so frequently).
