I would have to say Batman Hush as my favorite.

The art was just amazing and the story kept you guessing til the end.

The Dark Knight Returns

I didn't put that first because the art wasnt as clean and amazing as Hush. I love the DKR story, but Frank Miller's art looks like a sketch to me. Batman looks awesome but everything else is average.

honestly, hush was a bit convoluted, too many bad guys and I knew who Hush was from the beginning. The bit with Harvey Dent was a bit weak too.

Ok, my first pick without a doubt, is The Sandman by Neil Gaiman!!

Second would prolly be, Arkham Asylum: Living Hell by Dan Slott.

Third (but a close second) would be, the Adolf series by Osamu Tezuka.

And lastly (due to the upcoming season) I would have to pick A Vampire's Christmas by Joseph Michael Linsner!

I just got Batman Going Sane, its the one where Joker thinks he's killed the batman, and cant figure out what to do so he tyrs living a normal life

it was ok, it lacked a little but i still liked it. It taps into how sick the Joker really is
